(1) “The best nutrition tip is the most basic one: balance is key. Having some carbohydrates, protein, healthy fats and fiber at each meal time will help keep you full, satiated and will help you maintain balance throughout your day.”
(2) “Make half of your plate fruits and vegetables. This is the easiest way to make sure that you are getting enough fruit and vegetables for fiber, vitamins and minerals. Fiber helps keep you full after you are done eating, so it is also a great way to keep track of what you eat!”
